What makes it different

Two luminaires, one LED driver: Connect two LED panels or luminaires to a single driver with up to several meters of separation, reducing electronics and cabling. What is unique in this solution – if one luminaire fails, the other continues its operation normally. This means that DUAL-LOOP LED driver can be used also with just single luminaire. This technology allows also the forward voltages of dual LED loads to have up to 6 V of variation.

Reduced carbon emissions: Half the LED drivers, less materials, transport and emissions. DUAL-LOOP solution achieved a 49% reduction in overall CO2e for the LED driver part compared to two conventional drivers with equivalent functionality (EPD, GWP Fossil A1–A3).* One LED driver per two luminaires means also greatly reduced energy losses during the operation lifetime of the luminaire, when only single power supply conversion point from AC to DC is required instead of two.

Ready for sensor intelligence: Smart Data (DALI 251-253) and full D4i support (certification to be finished by the end December) with integrated auxiliary power supply output opens the world up for intelligent intra-luminaire control options. Native support for sensor integration and responsive lighting control, enabling synchronised behaviour across both luminaires.

Project cost savings through DALI optimisation: Shared DALI addressing for two luminaires halves the need for separate addresses. This decreases the need for DALI subnets and routers as well as minimises commissioning efforts.

Quick, safe installation: Optimised connections, LOOPing and fewer LED drivers in the project simplify mounting, reducing on-site hours and installation costs.

Recycled plastic housing: The aspect of sustainability was taken into account even in the selection of raw materials for the casing.
